Amy Smithwick, LAC
Amy is a Licensed Associate Counselor at the Joshua Center with experience supporting clients in Northwest Arkansas. She focuses on cultivating a warm, open and compassionate space where client's have safety to express their voice and experiences.
She finds joy in walking with her clients as they face parts of themselves and their stories that have been isolating and shame filled. She strives to create a welcoming environment where those stories and parts of self are honored.
Amy is a Texas native who loves calling Arkansas home. Outside of her professional life Amy enjoys a scenic hike, a good cup of coffee, and a deep chat with a friend.
